I hate FOOD!

Why do I love food so much? I love them so much that now, I hate them. Good food that is. I got nothing against not-so-good food. But then again, all food is good to me. Doomed, I am, to this fate.

I could've sworn I didn't eat much. The day before raya, I told mysef not to overeat, over and over again. When the next morning comes, I only had half a ketupat, and a few kuih raya. Then, I already felt bloated. By the time the visiting starts, I only had drinks. But when it came to a house that forces people to eat. How evil. I had just one ketupat, to much scrutiny from the elders, and few more kuih raya.

Then my stomach really got upset. It feels damn sick. Didn't eat the rest of the day.

What's wrong with my stomach? It can't accomodate my usual fill...

I think I'm still not used to not fasting. Happens every year. But not as drastic as this. I can barely eat stuff. Scared it's really a problem, like gastric or some other stomach thing.

Now for the good part of hari raya...
Went for prayers at Siglap mosque where the sermon touched on a very real topic. Murtad. It's so true. I've met quite a number of murtads, who actually declares their state. I was thinking why isn't this matter brought to the eyes of society? But at least through one Hari Raya sermon, it did.

After the prayers, its the normal routine of breakfast, forgiving, and watching TV till its time to go out.

Visiting was .. as usual.. filled with non-conversations and large groups watching mundane tv shows. I'm never good with relatives. Don't know why. But then again, everyone's kinda uptight in my extended family. Oh well... whatcha gonna do right?

Reached home by 7 and with such a stomach problem, I went to bed early at about 9.

Today's an off day. Plan to go Choa Chu Kang later... man, I've never ride that far. Hope nothing goes wrong. That's it for this Raya edition of Suadref studios.

Oh I'm not done yet.

Did y'all catch Salam Lebaran? I thought it's one of the better ones. The worst one was the one hosted by Najib Ali, with that new generation nonsense. This one was more traditional, though many pakciks and makciks complained about the fashion of the females which are a tad too revealing. Well, its true. But I don't complain.. much. Anyways, its quite a nice show, and who are the new faces? I've never seen 'em but they're very welcomed to stay around Suria. Especially cucu wahid satay.

Oh oh oh, and I caught that drama on Hari Raya with Siti Nurhaliza and her sister, and Ziana Zain and her ... brother, Anuar Zain. Nice show, except for that last name mentioned. But especially the first name. Her sister's starting to look like her too.

Phrase of the day: Baju Kurung Tsunami. Refers to a style of baju kurung with those twirly twirly design.
