16 Blocks & Sentinel

Watched these two movies today with Bogaman and the Samurai. Well, the Samurai left after 16 blocks. Too bad! Coz' Sentinel was better. But in between those two... I saw something disturbing.

What should you do, when your impression of someone completely shatters? It's happened to me twice. This being the second time. It was my cuzz, and I thought she was such a 'kwai' person. I mean... family gatherings always had her sitting quietly in one corner, helping out, or being.. i dunno, being a good girl. Then I saw her today... far far away from home... arms locked with... Ah fuck, it just ruins everything. I couldn't even say hi to her. I hope she didn't see me. Shit man... I wished I hadn't seen that.

Then there was the other case with my mom's friend's daughter. A lepakz session with da bedok guys one night revealed one of my friends having a umm... a thing, with this girl from work. Then my stupid probing later revealed that I know the girl, and she was my mom's friend's daughter who's well, the way I know her... just doesn't strike me that she'd do something like this.

At the same time, I realised. Some people know me better than others, and by that I mean know my umm, darker side? shall we say? What if, by some crap chance, pple whom I've casted a better impression upon, found out... damn, that'll be ugly... Shit just freaks me out man...

Back to the movies...

Here's a short review;

16 blocks - Not bad lah... Bruce Willis is badly out of shape in the movie, not what I expected, but the plot's pretty cool. The whole deceiving and conspiracy thing. Mos Def's funny, but irritating at times. The ending was good.

The Sentinel - Kickass good I'd say. Eva Langoria was hot, even though the Bogaman tricked me into watching it by claiming there'll be a scene where she steps out of the shower nekkid or something. DOnt' matter, the movie's good and she hawt. Storyline's super cool, and the whole secret service security shit was also cool. Same genre as fugitive, and even 16 blocks. So yeah, two movies of the same genre back to back.

That's it for now. Outzzah
