It's been a month isn't it? Yeah. It has. You know what that means? It means I've got a shitload of stuff to write. Problem is can I recall the stuff? Well, I've got handphone pics to guide me.

Here's what I can remember from the missing month of April..

First April, the PWS sounding. This time round, location is somewhere in the landed property north of Expo. Really hot. Couldn't find anywhere to sit n' chill. I'm reduced to this.

I met up with MdNoh n' ChengSiong some time back with the Apek. It was like stepping back into the late 90s. It was as if we were in secondary school again. Suffice to say that not much has changed for us all. Haha. Been almost 6 years of lost contact.

Mmm... Oh! Should I write about my 2a progress? I think not. Since so many is against it. Or so I feel. Really, it's getting irritating. It's just a freakin' license. I ain't gonna get the bike so soon or anything. It's still the maxis scooter and me for all time.

Ok.. what else...

My NS life's been extremely and superbly excellent! I have no regrets whatsoever that I landed where I am now! The people, the job, the gadjets, the glorious tension and pressure!

Ok here's a summary of what's up in ISU, april.

There was some event that's opened to public to showcase CD's bigass tech n' equipment and stuff. So for the part of Comms, we set up and ran this freakin' uber cool satellite system that can be deployed anywhere and connected by an intricate network system which enables fast transfers and most coolly, Video conferencing. It's been the cause of numerous extended work hours and standbys but the end result was beyond cool. I didn't understand the whole thing at first, as the contractors were working on it. But as we got to 'play' with the shit, the immense coolness of it sank in. If only I had this multimillion dollar toy installed on my rooftop. But anywho, I was in the control room broadcasting footage using a bigass camera.

Hndra testin' my scoots. Stick to da phantom doode. This is the Mario Brothers! We went to chill at that Egypt place after the whole thing.

Then, there was the CDANS function audio support. It's some kinda make elderly pple n' spastic children happy day or something. The admin fellas had to come down to do social work. But we got down there to set up audio controls.... and thus, my first control room experience. Mmm, more of like control corner. It was a mobile audio aux unit. The performances were simply crap beyond all crap. Freakin' Changi FS guys put up this super lame but slapstic skit about fire n' safety. I can't forget the damn skit. It's extremely crap, but crafted beautifully. It was like watching a primary school play. Oh then there was the magic show by my ol' capt at Brtc, which was pretty impressive to say the least. And then there was the sistaz... now this, gave me the goosebumps. I will not elaborate on this. *shudders*


Before the curtain opens for the "STOMP" performance. Not bad...

And then there was the OCC thing. Now this... is a freakin' eye opener. I've never been to one of those fancy shit dinners. And this was my first time witnessing a formal dinner. Loads of crap as we workd with PAD guys to do sound n' vid support.

It was super grand i tells ya. This be the view from the control room.

Me, in the control room. The fate of the event was in my hands! Whahahah... the pressure was unbearable.

Oh and last Friday, the dani didn't come down to supervise our system setup for cmdr's parade. And ncy just left it in our hands! I'm just glad the thing went smoothly. There was one minor hiccup and the whole parade was lookin' at us coz of the slipup. but it was unnoticable, i think. A deep sense of accomplishment that day since everything was done without a regular's supervision and it went well.


Ohh look at this. Bedok Floods! My bike was submerged up to the midtire section! And I managed to squeeze this picture out of the incident. This is on top of the hill mind you. Imagine what it'll be like below. It was bad. Knee deep bad.

On to more recent stuff... It's halfway thru my super cool Long Weekend! It's Sunday, wait... it's Monday morning at 0050. Friday was a half day, and I literally got forced out of my home to go to Tamp library juz coz someone's... bored? It's amazing how some people just don't know how the library works. Word out is that the Progress Package's in. And I was short of cash that day, but it was as if the ATM were giving out free money, well, it's kinda true isn't it? But the queue was unfreakinbelievable. I couldn't find a free ATM, even as I scout thru the area. So, thanks for the treats aite... ;)

Then, Saturday brings the marathon of Bleach watching. I am so hooked on Bleach! Damn the Bogaman and all who recommended me this anime. I wasn't gonna start downloading it but since youtube's got the entire series, I gave it a shot. And by the tenth episode, I can't really put it down. So practically, the whole Saturday afternoon was spent on Bleachwatching.

Bro came at night and ate Fish n' Chips together. Been a while since the last time we had anything like this as a family. Well, it's all good. Later at night, went to slack with the only other dude who's finishd exams. Planned to write another song, but didn't turn out too well. The Singh drunkard was there again, and luckily he didnt disturb us tat much this time.

And then today... I did a template change, which i must say, sucked. And more Bleach!!! The plan was to head down to Penin to collect something, but somebody's got a wedding to go to. Haha.. and the day before, that somebody was so confidently gonna say no to going to that event. Get in touch with yer malay roots lah... Hahhaha

So right now... what's gonna happen?

Nothing really. I don't know what's next. Ever watched a movie and feel that you don't know who you want to win.. the bad guy or the good guy? Kinda the situation right now...
