Tweaky tweaky all night long

This might be boring and technical. But I wanna write it anyway.

So from yesterday's trip & tweak, my bike now runs faster after obtaining a certain speed. NOT!

Screwed up man! SCREWED!!! I was going to work this morning. Then I notice pickup is a goner. I was cursing and cursing as I entered PIE with very fuckd up pickup n speed. Luckily it was a jam. Even so, I couldn't 'selit' coz pickup like fuck.

Then after clearing the jam, I whacked, and the speed came in after about reachin 40 to 50 kmph. Then, I came to a stop at a traffic light. Then the engine stalled!!! Wah, I was damn pissed at that time. I restarted the thing, and waited for green. And when green came, it took half of the full throttle just to MOVE. Reachd HQ feeling damn sad about the bike.

The Man didn't come today, but Senna Pandi was at the workbench the whole day. So screw him, I left him to do his work alone.

Anyway, I met up wit Fendi nearby to ask him to take a look at the carburetor. But his carb is different. Superfour mah. He didn't dare tweak with mine. Disappointed, I went back home. But then, I felt tweaky.

Tweaky.

So I went up, took some screwdrivers and tools, and went down to the bike. The carpark was the testing ground. Firstly, I put back the air filter which I paid 15 Singdolly for, and which the guy at KokSeng juz happily took out. And then, feeling slightly confident... I went on and tweaked the carburetor timing.

I have no idea what I was doing. I tried to memorise the original screw positions, but it got lost during the tweaking. I made it reach a point where the back wheel was spinning fast at idling speed. DamN! That would mean the bike would go once engine started. Freaky. But the prob lies after the pickup.

So I brought down the timing again, playin with the two screws. In the end, I managed to get it to sound somewhat like the sound when I first got the bike. Then I tested it. So far so good. No stalling, no low pickup after long idling, but there's the weird jerk, still. But after the jerk, the bike goes fast. So maybe it's not so bad?...

Well, I'm tired from trying to tweak in the dark, using my handphone as torchlight. Iced Milo is heaven right now.

I'm gonna sleep. Tomorrow... damn satelite again. Fuckd up man. Fuckd up.
